The Русско-Бельгийский Патронные Заводы (Russian-Belgian Cartridge Plant) was started in 1899 as a combination of The Russian factories, Егора Егоровича Торбека (E. Torbek) and Русская Патронная Фабрика (Russian Cartridge Factory) as well as the belgian companies, Cartoucherie Belge, Cartoucherie d’Anderlecht and Cartoucherie Antoine.
This company was known outside of Russia as Société Anonyme des Cartoucheries Russo-Belge (CRB).
